ResponderHQ allocation and readiness dashboard ResponderHQ region readiness dashboard on a mobile phone

Built by people with decades in incident-management teams, trusted in live operations.

▸ The platform

Plan it. Roster it. Deploy it.

From a multi-day planning board to an Excel-style roster with drag-fill and rotation patterns, then scan-to-deploy on the day. One data set, the whole event lifecycle.

Duty of care, built in.

Configurable fatigue rules flag breaches on every roster; automatic overdue monitoring SMS-prompts a late person then escalates to their nominated contacts. Welfare that runs without anyone watching the clock.

The field, connected.

iOS and Android keep field personnel in sync: availability, day plans, safety contacts and push notifications, updated in real time as the operation moves.

▸ Events · Live status

See the whole picture, live.

Every active event in a region on one screen, each showing the responders, vehicles, plant and aircraft committed to it — plus the conversation, the documents, and anyone running overdue.

  • Live status per event — Going, Being controlled, Patrol
  • Committed responders, vehicles, plant and aircraft per event
  • Per-event chat and documents with unread counts
  • Overdue responders surface on the event card

▸ Plan → Roster → Deploy

Build the whole roster, then deploy it in seconds.

Drag-fill an Excel-style position grid, generate rotation patterns weeks ahead, then scan-to-deploy on the day, with every assignment competency- and licence-checked before it's confirmed.

  • Drag-fill and rotation-pattern generation
  • Fatigue breaches badged directly on the grid
  • Scan-to-deploy and scan-to-return with role-mismatch guards
  • Strike teams and a strategic planning board

▸ Readiness · Northern Region

Know you can meet the next call before it comes.

Region readiness levels, allocation buckets and supply-vs-target views tell coordinators at a glance whether they have enough qualified people and vehicles to hold their posture.

  • Allocation dashboard: At Work / At events / Rostered / Available
  • Readiness counted by qualified role and vehicle type
  • Short-horizon event-velocity trend per region
  • PDF and Excel exports at resource, event, region and org level

▸ Field · iOS / Android

From the satellite beacon to the operations centre, all in sync.

GPS telemetry from Garmin inReach satellite, Geotab vehicle telematics and Pivotel Tracer feeds the live map, so every crew is visible even without mobile coverage.

The ResponderHQ team

▸ Common questions

Does it track personnel in areas with no mobile coverage?

Yes. ResponderHQ ingests live positions from Garmin inReach satellite beacons, Geotab vehicle telematics and Pivotel Tracer, so crews stay visible on the map even in remote terrain with no mobile signal.

What happens if a person doesn't sign off on time?

ResponderHQ detects overdue personnel, SMS-prompts them to sign off, and if there's no response, escalates to their nominated buddies in tiers: a lone-worker welfare check that runs around the clock.

Can it manage fatigue compliance for our awards and jurisdiction?

Yes. Each organisation (and region) configures its own fatigue rules (consecutive-day caps, rolling totals, shift-type and rotation-pattern limits), and the platform badges warnings and breaches directly on the roster and planning grids.

Can we coordinate with other agencies without exposing all our data?

Yes. In a shared event, you only see another organisation's resources they've actively deployed into that event, joining requires an explicit data-sharing consent step, and every organisation keeps ownership of its own records.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. iOS and Android apps let personnel set availability, build their day plan, manage safety buddies and receive push notifications, kept in real-time sync with the web platform.

Can it handle contractors and third-party resources?

Yes. Add ad-hoc people and vehicles on the fly, run them through the same competency checks, and export detailed deployment records to support timely contractor payments.

Does it scale to large multi-agency events and surge operations?

Yes. Plan days ahead on the strategic board, transfer resources between regions, generate rotation rosters forward across weeks, and coordinate campaign-scale assignment (check-in, accommodation, confirmation status) on the state-plan grid.

Is our data secure?

Privacy and security are built into the architecture. Access is scoped by role and region, and all date/time handling is timezone-aware end-to-end so deployment, roster and fatigue records stay accurate across regions and daylight-saving changes.
